If your book club reads my book, I'll Skype in

Why would you want this? I don't know. I've never been in a book club. I'm guessing you just want to talk about your lives instead of the book. But maybe my Skyping in will give you the focus you need. The point is: Reading Gravity's Rainbow will change your life, but you will not be able to Skype with Thomas Pynchon and ask him about sleeping next to barfing Boy Scouts.

Just go to the Contact page and fill out a form and next thing you know, we're having an awkward conversation over videoconference!

Skyping in on a book club? Really? That seems almost masochistic! Or sadistic?

Will you be serving virtual tea and crumpets?

I would do this, except for the part about joining a book club. Which would be okay if it didn't involve reading books and you know, being in a book club.

Only a "real man" would be brave enough to make an offer like this!! :)

Don't ask me how I found this page but I did. I want to know if the offer still stands. Not the usual fare for the book clubs I attend but I will force my friends to do what's best for them to get Joel on Skype.
